Process Serving

EMG Investigations offers a professional service in Process Serving both the UK and Internationally. We are particularly experienced in ‘hard to serve’ recipients and can compliment this service with our tracing service.

EMG can offer a same-day collection service in the Central London area where we always attempt service within 48 hours of receiving instruction. Certificates, statements of affidavits are normally sent out within 48 hours of service.
Most of our instructions are taken on a fixed fee basis but can offer a premium service if required EMG also have a DX address (DX 146645, Islington 4) which most of legal clients find efficient for sending documents or instructions to us.
DATA PROTECTION ACT
All enquiries conducted by EMG Investigations comply with the requirements of the Data Protection Act. Our DPA Registration number is: Z2172291
LICENSING
At present private investigators in the UK are not licensed. However, The Security Industry Authority (SIA) is currently developing their approach to the licensing of private investigators. An exact date of when licensing will be brought in is unknown
PAYMENT
Payment to EMG Investigations can be made by cash, cheque (having cleared) or by any of the major credit or debit cards
