Neighbour Vetting

When buying or renting a new home in a new area – it is only after moving in that you may become aware of the local crime rate, noisy neighbours, traffic pollution, inefficient council services; teenage gangs etc. Therefore, we offer a range of services to offer you piece of mind before making your move.

Our Neighbourhood Vetting Service would include making discreet enquiries with neighbours for any problems relating to evading noisy/unruly neighbours; personal observations which would include attending outside addresses at strategic times such as early mornings and late evenings. We also undertake investigations of local authorities in relation to refuse collections, local amenities and general upkeep of the area by the local council.

LICENSING
At present private investigators in the UK are not licensed. However, The Security Industry Authority (SIA) is currently developing their approach to the licensing of private investigators. An exact date of when licensing will be brought in is unknown
PAYMENT
Payment to EMG Investigations can be made by cash, cheque (having cleared) or by any of the major credit or debit cards
