TERMS & CONDITIONS

All clients, irrespective of solicitors, agents or others supplying instructions to EGM are responsible for all fees and disbursements incurred whether on behalf of the clients or otherwise.

EMG does not offer any refunds or reimbursements at the outset as a term of our accepting your instructions.   Fees are paid in full in advance upon instruction except for the Legal Profession.

Once cleared full payment has been received by you THE CLIENT, you will be deemed to have instructed EMG to carry out your instructions to the best of the ability of EMG and we will provide you with a written or verbal report detailing said instructions, the work undertaken and their outcome.

EMG do not give any guarantee for any results for work undertaken and will not be held accountable for loss of subject whilst undertaking surveillance or other outbound/fieldwork.

EMG shall not be liable for any loss and/or damage sustained by THE CLIENT by reason of any cause whatsoever; including any loss and/or damage sustained by THE CLIENT and resulting from any inability by EMG to perform its obligation by reason of Act of God; riot, war, fire; acts of Government and failure of equipment or any event which is beyond the control of EMG.

EMG reserves the right to decline any given assignment at any time without specification.

All information provided to THE CLIENT is expressly the sole use of THE CLIENT concerned and is not for publication or re-sale without the express written consent of EMG and that all instructions, results and reports are for lawful purposes only.

EMG shall not be liable to THE CLIENT for any consequential loss or damage irrespective of cause.

THE CLIENT agrees to provide 48 hours notice of cancellation of any booked time or service and will accept charges for time or service undertaken should such notice not be given.

EMG reserves the right to vary/amend these Terms of Conditions at any time.

These TERMS & CONDITIONS are governed by the Laws of England and any dispute shall be determined by the English Courts.


 

PRIVACY POLICY

EMG shall conduct all investigations with integrity and within acceptable legal, professional and moral guidelines.

EMG demand that THE CLIENT provides the undertaking that all information provided by members is for lawful purposes only.

EMG and its employees and affiliations and detectives abide by a strict code of conduct and ethics and will practice only in matters that are qualified and competent.

All matters dealt with by EMG and its clients are handled with discretion, confidentiality and courtesy.

EMG and its employees, detectives and affiliations comply with all regulatory and legal requirements within their jurisdiction.

EMG respects THE CLIENTS’ right to privacy.
EMG does not offer or allow the selling or providing of any information provided to any third party.
